This fine distillate is produced according to long tradition and historical examples of original, French, aniscontaining absinthe. Following double-distillation (only the “heart” of the distillate is used!) and double maceration, Montmartre Absinthe is coloured exclusively with natural herbs (e.g. hyssop, mint, balm, Pontic wormwood).
