Especially impressing is the very modern vinification facility. The wines - also the Pinot Noir Classic 2009 of course - are moved only by gravitiy during the vinification process. The typical regional wines of Burgenland, ranging from crisp, fruity Welschriesling to Pinot Blanc to Blaufränkisch, are labeled "Classic".
